How it works
Create an Incoming Webhook in Slack
Go to your Slack workspace → Apps → Search for 'Incoming Webhooks' → Add to Slack. Select the target channel and click 'Add Incoming Webhooks Integration'. Copy the webhook URL.
Add the webhook URL to ValidPeak
In ValidPeak, go to Settings → Notifications → Slack. Paste your Incoming Webhook URL and select which event types should trigger Slack messages.
Choose alert types and channels
Select which events send Slack notifications: blacklist detection, DMARC failures, domain warmup score changes. Add multiple webhook URLs for different channels and alert types.
Test the connection

Does ValidPeak have a Slack app in the App Directory?
ValidPeak integrates via Slack Incoming Webhooks, which are available on all Slack plans including the free tier — no App Directory approval or Slack admin required. Create an Incoming Webhook for your channel, copy the URL, and paste it into ValidPeak's notification settings.
What does a ValidPeak Slack alert look like?
ValidPeak sends a structured Slack message with the event type, affected domain or IP address, the specific blacklist or issue name, detection timestamp, severity level, and a direct link to the relevant section of your ValidPeak dashboard.
Can I configure different Slack channels for different alert types?
Yes. In ValidPeak, you can configure multiple webhook URLs — one per channel. Assign blacklist alerts to #ops, DMARC failures to #security, and warmup score changes to #email-marketing. Each channel receives only the relevant alerts.
