Validate Emails Across
5,000+ Apps with Zapier
Connect ValidPeak to any tool in your stack through Zapier. Validate email addresses automatically when contacts sign up, subscribe, or enter your CRM — no code required.
What you can do
Real-time signup validation
Validate every email address the moment a contact submits a form — Typeform, Webflow, Gravity Forms, any trigger. Invalid addresses are caught before they enter any downstream tool.
Conditional contact routing
Use Zapier Paths to split valid, risky, and invalid emails into separate branches. Send valid contacts to HubSpot; tag risky ones for review; log or discard invalids — all in one Zap.
Multi-tool validation pipeline
Chain any two tools through ValidPeak: Typeform → ValidPeak → Mailchimp; Calendly → ValidPeak → Salesforce; HubSpot form → ValidPeak → ActiveCampaign. The pattern works with any Zapier trigger and action.
How it works
Create a Zap and choose your trigger
Select the app and event that should start the validation — e.g., 'New submission in Typeform' or 'New contact in HubSpot'. Capture the email address field in the trigger.
Add a Webhooks by Zapier action
Add a Webhooks by Zapier GET request to the ValidPeak API endpoint. Pass the email address as a query parameter and your ValidPeak API key as a header.
Parse the validation result
ValidPeak returns a JSON object with status (valid/invalid/risky), risk_score, and flags. Map these fields in Zapier using a Code or Format step if needed.
Route with Zapier Paths
Add a Paths step with conditions based on the ValidPeak status field. Connect each path to your downstream action — CRM, email list, Slack alert, or suppression list.
Frequently asked questions
Does ValidPeak have a native Zapier app?
ValidPeak integrates with Zapier via Webhooks by Zapier and the ValidPeak REST API. Any Zapier account with Webhooks access (available on paid plans) can connect. Add an HTTP GET request to the ValidPeak API endpoint with the email address as a parameter, then use Zapier Paths to route based on the returned validation status.
How fast is real-time validation via Zapier?
ValidPeak's API averages sub-200ms per validation call. With Zapier's task execution overhead, expect 1–5 seconds from form submission to downstream action. For most use cases — CRM entry, list subscription — this delay is imperceptible.
Can I route valid, risky, and invalid emails to different destinations in a single Zap?
Yes. Use Zapier Paths (available on paid plans) to create conditional branches based on the ValidPeak API response. Route valid contacts to your CRM or email list, risky ones to a review queue, and invalid ones to a suppression list or discard them entirely.
Does using ValidPeak through Zapier consume API credits?
Yes — each validation call to the ValidPeak API, whether made directly or via Zapier, consumes one API credit from your ValidPeak plan. Monitor usage in your ValidPeak dashboard if you have high signup volumes.
